This Delivery & Returns Policy applies to all orders placed with SAR DIGITAL LIMITED (Company No. 14363778) through our website. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Delivery Information
1.1 Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to PO boxes, BFPO addresses, or the Channel Islands at this time.
1.2 Delivery Costs
We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders to UK mainland addresses. For deliveries to certain remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, etc.), additional charges may apply, which will be displayed at checkout.
1.3 Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.4 Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 1-2 business days from dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
1.5 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery progress on the courier's website.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This 14-day cancellation period begins from the day after you receive the goods.

2.3 Returning Products
You must return products within 14 days from the day you informed us of your cancellation to:

Before returning items, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2.4 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be in their original condition, unopened, and unused
- Have all original packaging, labels, and tags intact
- Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
IMPORTANT HEALTH & SAFETY NOTICE
Due to the nature of our testing products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or where the sealed packaging has been tampered with, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. This is for health, safety, and hygiene reasons.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned product and verify it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will include:
- The price you paid for the product(s)
- Standard delivery charges (if applicable)
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Return Postage Costs:
- Change of Mind: You are responsible for return postage costs
- Faulty/Incorrect Products: We will cover return postage costs
4. Faulty or Damaged Products
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have statutory rights if products are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose:
- Short-term right to reject (30 days): Full refund if the product is faulty
- Right to repair or replacement: If a fault develops after 30 days but within 6 months
- Right to price reduction or final rejection: If a repair or replacement fails
If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue.
5. Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or family members
- Look in safe places where the courier may have left it
- Contact us within 48 hours if you still cannot locate it
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage.
6. Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:
- Products are out of stock or unavailable
- Pricing or product information errors on our website
- Payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity
- Delivery address is outside our service area
If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
